Check in/Check out
Check in: 15:00 – Check out: 11:00
A validated ID or validated passport is required for check-in. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while traveling, you should contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out unless we have confirmed well in advance. In the event of check-in and/or check-out before 11:00am and after 3:00pm, an additional charge may apply. In order to comply with local legislation, you will be asked to sign a “Rental Agreement” directly with the property owner during check-in. The key card is collected at check-in, and must be handed in at the property reception upon departure. In case of loss or non-return of the card, there will be a charge … for the issuance of a new card.
Booking and cancellation policy
When you book one of our suites, we need the following information, which we collect and store in order to prepare the necessary documents for your rental, and to perfectly service your reservation: Name, Address, Country of Residence, Phone, Email, Passport/Identity Number and Tax ID (Only for residents of Greece). Initially, a reservation is made between the Renter and Akrolithos Luxury Suites representing the property owner for a specific suite. Any booking made for one of our suites – through any channel and in any way possible – is subject to the following terms and conditions included in the Rental Agreement, which is signed by the Renter upon arrival. You can find the provisions of the Hire Agreement by clicking on the button at the bottom of this page. The Tenant can find out about these Terms and Conditions by visiting our website at any time before, during or after completing their booking.
Akrolithos Luxury Suites offers you the possibility to choose between two types of booking
-With the Flexible Reservation you pay a 30% deposit of the total amount of your stay, which is paid during the booking process, while the remaining amount is paid upon your arrival at the hotel. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, then no additional charge will be incurred and the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival, then the deposit is non-refundable. In case of no-show, early departure or arrival after the date of booking, 100% of the remaining accommodation cost will be charged as well.
-The Non-Refundable Reservation applies in case of special rates and offers and requires immediate payment (100%) of the total cost of your stay, at the time of booking. No changes are allowed on this type of booking and all payments are non-refundable. Also, a refund is not available on amounts paid neither in case of total cancellation of the reservation, nor in case of no-show.
-Finally, we point out that the acknowledgement of any reservation by Akrolithos Luxury Suites is only in writing and is necessary for its confirmation.
Cancellation or modification by us
Although we are unlikely to have to make any changes to confirmed bookings, we will inform you as soon as possible. If, for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the suite you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better suite. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund 100% of the amount paid to us, but we will not be liable for any other cancellation charges.
Child (Minor) Accommodation Policy
Children up to 2 years old are accommodated free of charge. All children from 3 to 17 years old can be accommodated on convertible beds for a fee… There is the possibility of adding up to one baby cot in each room for a fee…
Minimum rental period
The minimum rental period is 5 nights in May, June and September and 7 nights in July and August. In case of early departure, the tenant is required to pay 100% of the agreed amount of the reservation.
Number of tenants
Only the maximum number of guests listed in the description of your suite can be used for accommodation in your suite. If this number is exceeded, we have the right to ask you to vacate the suite and cancel the reservation, with a 100% penalty of the suite rental fees paid to us. Otherwise, an additional guest fee will be imposed, which is clearly stated in the rental agreement.
Owner’s Rights
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any tenant or guest, at the discretion of staff or management, who endangers the comfort or safety of other Akrolithos Luxury Suites guests or staff, regardless of the outcome of a claim for compensation. We reserve the right to enter rooms in emergency situations to safeguard property rights and to take any actions deemed necessary. We also have the right to take the necessary actions in order to restore order in the event that the behaviour of any guest is unacceptable or the rules of the accommodation are violated. We have the right to prohibit guests from staying on our premises and to take all necessary actions, including terminating the stay and notifying government authorities, in the event of repeated recommendations to the guest or in response to serious violations, regardless of the outcome of a claim for compensation.
Complaints
The descriptions of the suites shown on our website are accurate. We accept no responsibility for the lack of water, gas or electricity supply due to a technical problem beyond our control. Please feel free to let us know of any dissatisfaction with our services. Please help us to be better and provide you with a memorable stay. Complaints made only at the end of the holiday period will not be considered.
Behaviour and damages
By making a booking with us you also become responsible for your correct and decent behaviour. You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or your travelling companions may cause to the property or its contents. You are required to report any damage to the owner’s staff and bear the cost of repair or replacement. If you behave disrespectfully to the property, its contents, staff/associates or other tenants, the property owner has the right to ask you to vacate the property immediately, with a 100% fine of the holiday rental cost paid to them.
Entertainment in the suites
Entertainment parties and events involving large number of guests exceeding the maximum number of guests described are strictly prohibited unless fully approved in advance by the owner. Should you make unauthorized use of the property in such a manner, the owner has the right to require all guests to vacate the property immediately, with a 100% fine on the holiday rental cost. No parties with loud music are allowed.
Tenant injury waiver
The owner cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury caused to guests during their stay at the property under any circumstances. The tenant is solely responsible for adequately insuring themselves, their family, their companions and their belongings.
Use of water and electricity
Due to the increased demand of the season, there are drought problems in Halkidiki. Therefore, water is a commodity that should be used sparingly during the summer months. If you are experiencing a water shortage, we will do everything we can in a timely manner to restore the water supply. Electricity may also be interrupted, usually for a short period of time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by events beyond our control. Save water and electricity by protecting the environment.
Personal belongings
Valuables left in the suite are the personal responsibility of the guests. Neither the Akrolithos Luxury Suites’ owner nor the property staff can be held responsible for their loss, misplacement or theft at any time.
Civil liability
Akrolithos Luxury Suites has no legal liability or responsibility of any kind for any act or false information, description or promise provided by any external partner, associate, travel agent, travel agency, tour operator or anyone attempting to promote or sell.
